Orders & Payment

Quotes

Custom orders begin with a quote request. Once we review your project details, we’ll send a quote, which is valid for 30 days.

Deposits & payment

A 50% deposit is required to begin production on all custom orders, including Personalized Favors, Corporate Gifting, Realtor Gifts, White Label, and Wholesale. The remaining balance is due before your order ships. Invoices are sent and paid securely through Stripe.

Sample kits are paid in full at checkout. The price of your sample kit (excluding shipping) can be applied as a credit toward your first order.

Proofs & approval

For personalized and branded orders, we’ll send a label proof for your approval. Production begins once your proof is approved and your deposit is received. Please review proofs carefully, as we print exactly what is approved.

Order minimums

Personalized Favors, White Label, and Wholesale orders start at 24 units. Corporate Gifting and Realtor Gifts have no minimum.

Changes & cancellations

Changes can be made before your proof is approved. Once production begins, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled, and the deposit is non-refundable.

Handmade variation

Every candle and wax melt is hand-poured in small batches, so slight variations in color, texture, and surface appearance are normal and part of what makes each piece handmade.

Shipping & Returns

Production time

Custom orders are typically ready to ship 2–3 weeks after your proof is approved and your deposit is received. If you have a firm event date, please include it on your quote request so we can plan accordingly.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping costs are added at checkout for sample kits and included on your invoice for custom orders. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Please double-check your shipping address, as we’re unable to cover the cost of reshipping orders sent to an incorrect address.

Heat

Candles and wax melts can soften or melt in high temperatures. Please bring packages inside promptly after delivery, as we’re not responsible for heat damage that occurs after a package has been delivered.

Damaged items

We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We’ll replace any items damaged in transit.

Returns

Because every order is made to order and many are personalized, all custom orders and sample kits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Candle Care & Safety

For the best burn

  • On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the container (about 1 hour per inch of diameter) to prevent tunneling.
  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
  • Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Stop using the candle when ½ inch of wax remains.

Safety

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and anything flammable.
  • Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface. The container can get hot.
  • Use wax melts only in a warmer designed for them, and follow the warmer’s instructions.
